At Long Meadow you will not need to rent the following: Tenting-The pole barn will seat about 200 Generator-Electrical considerations have been made which will support most events. Lighting-Very attractive ambient lighting throughout Lounges-Both interior and exterior lounges. Audio/Visual-A state of the art sound system can be controlled independently throughout the property. There are large plasma screens in each of the 2 interior spaces. What you will need to budget for: Shuttle Service (turn around vans to guest parking/hotels) Rented Restrooms- Long Meadow is on a septic system and cannot handle large events. Some restrooms on the property may be available for vendors and bridal party on the day of. Rented restrooms vary in price depending on guest count and style. An event of 100 people where alcohol is served will require 3-4 restrooms. Nice independent units complete with water pump and lights are about $300.00 each Property Manager- $500.00 for a 4 hour event.
So many times couples are caught off guard with surprise costs or binding regulations on private estates or wineries. One such regulation common to wineries is having to purchase only the wine made by that particular winery. The Long Meadow Estate includes many amenities which can be costly additions at other venues. Long Meadow, also includes a generous set up time for the delivery of your event goods with a Friday delivery and Monday pick up.
The property rental is $10,000-This includes two interior spaces: the Pool Table Room in the front and the Sun Room in the back plus all exterior areas front and back.

This includes a full and private wing of the estate will all of the comforts. Each of the 3 rooms has its own bathroom and queen size bed. Two of the rooms also have charming bunk beds. Continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning is included with the guest wing rental. A Sunday brunch for your departing guests may also be arranged.
